Achievements and Legal Experience
Mr. Warnagieris has successfully represented a broad range of business owners and professionals, focusing on construction and products liability litigation. He has a 15-year track record of securing early, favorable results. This includes the early dismissal of a large engineering firm from a claim involving the $93 million construction of the headquarters of a major wireless network provider, as well as early resolution and dismissal of a products manufacturer from a $20 million catastrophic brain injury claim. Mr. Warnagieris has successfully defended architects, engineers and general contractors, whom he also advises on contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution.
