Achievements and Legal Experience
Mr. Koenig's expertise is focused on construction law, real estate law and professional liability. He has extensive experience in meeting the special needs of architects, engineers and other design professionals. Mr. Koenig's excellent superior court jury trial record defending architects, engineers, and contractors, and his familiarity with the local bench and bar, facilitates the expedient and economical resolution of disputes through negotiations, mediation and arbitration.
